We loved the fact that it was located in the center of the city, very close to the old town, and easily accessible by public transportation. Great Location & Beautiful Decor

This hotel is located in a great place for exploring the town on foot. The fixtures and furniture were top-notch and beautifully done. We particularly loved the afternoon sweets that were provided. The staff were excellent too.

We found it hard to sleep in the rooms during the heat of summer, even with the fans provided. The absence of a toaster and good frying pans again let the accommodation down.

The town in South Tyrol is stunningly picturesque and we enjoyed exploring it during our new year break. the staff were friendly and there were free bikes, which was a great way to see more of the area. We also appreciated the afternoon tea for a break from all the sightseeing.

Parking was a nightmare during the peak season. We had to circle around for a long time before we found a spot.
